Psychology Services
I work using various therapeutic models with a focus on establishing rapport and building a trusting relationship. This involves creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to express themselves and discuss their concerns. I strive to create a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship that empowers clients to explore their concerns and make positive changes.
As a clinical psychologist, I am trained to facilitate group therapy sessions. I can help create a safe and supportive environment where group members can explore their thoughts and feelings. Through my expertise in psychology and human behaviour, I can also help group members to gain new insights into their experiences and develop new coping strategies for dealing with challenges.

As a clinical psychologist, my services can help work teams improve their mental health and overall functioning.
Team or group reflection sessions: These sessions focus on the group/team reflecting on their experiences, emotions, and behaviours. The session focuses on exploring the group members' thoughts and feelings rather than on problem-solving or decision-making. Reflective sessions can be especially helpful for work teams experiencing conflicts or other team-related issues. By reflecting on their experiences together, team members can gain new insights into one another's perspectives and develop a deeper understanding of the underlying dynamics within the team. This can help to build stronger relationships and improve overall team functioning.
Team debrief: This is a therapeutic and reflective conversation with a group involved in and/or affected by a work-related incident.
Team or group therapy: This is a therapeutic service that involves working with a small group of people who share similar concerns or challenges. This can be particularly helpful for work teams experiencing conflicts, communication difficulties, or other team-related issues.
Team mental well-being training
Team building workshops: These workshops focus on improving communication, collaboration, and overall team functioning. You can improve their overall effectiveness and productivity by helping teams work through challenges and build stronger relationships.
Psychological Assessments
Formulation-based assessment for therapy: In the initial sessions of working with individuals, families or couples therapeutically, I will spend some time understanding the presenting issues and strengths. Following this, I will provide feedback on a summary of recommendations for the type of therapeutic intervention that would be best for you.
Comprehensive stand-alone assessment: This option offers an extensive psychological assessment of the presenting problems with a written report with recommendations.
